Harva tunnistaa someriippuvuuttaan tai kännykkäaddiktiotaan – testaa, onko netin käyttösi hallitsematonta
Suomessa netin käytön haittavaikutuksiin on havahduttu vasta hiljattain. Nettiriippuvainen ei välttämättä itse tunnista ahdistuneisuutensa syytä.
Tähän voit kirjoittaa omin sanoin kokemuksiasi nettiriippuvuudesta.
Kerro esimerkiksi, miten nettiriippuvuus omassa tai läheisesi elämässä tuntuu. Voit myös kertoa, jos olet hakenut tai saanut apua ongelmiisi. Voit kertoa lomakkeella myös yhteystietosi, jotta voimme ottaa sinuun yhteyttä.
